How We Work

Understand first. Implement deliberately. Manage what follows.

Whether the work involves automation, a website, communications, or IT infrastructure, the process is designed to prevent assumptions, protect existing services, and define ownership before change begins.

  1. Discovery and fit

Describe the business problem, current environment, desired outcome, constraints, and people involved. The public form collects no credentials or payment details.

  2. Scope and verification

Confirm ownership, dependencies, integrations, data handling, provider constraints, success criteria, exclusions, and the access that may be required later.

  3. Plan and approval

Document the proposed approach, responsibilities, price, schedule, operational risks, and rollback boundary. Work begins only after written approval.

  4. Controlled implementation

Build or configure the smallest approved solution, use narrow permissions, protect secrets, preserve existing services, and route uncertain or high-impact decisions to a person.

  5. Verification and handover

Test the agreed outcomes, failure paths, access boundaries, backups, documentation, and rollback plan before declaring the change complete.

  6. Ongoing management

For managed services, establish the approved monitoring, maintenance, change, communication, review, and escalation practices for the active agreement.

Hosting-specific sequencing: website migrations preserve existing email routing, DNS changes follow a verified record plan, SSL is issued only after public DNS points to the intended hosting account, and HTTPS redirection follows a valid certificate.

A clear first step

Bring the current problem and the desired result.

You do not need to decide which service pillar or technology solves it before contacting Dopper's.
